Chardonnay was the first varietal planted on Chalk Hill Estate in 1974. As part of an extensive Chardonnay research program, several clones are planted on vineyard sites well suited for the varietal. Chalk Hill is well known for its elegant world-class Burgundian style Chardonnay.
